It does, however, use the same perimeter frame as the NS200, which gives it greater handling than the Pulsar 150.
A 160cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled, BS6-compliant engine powers the NS160. This engine is paired with a five-speed gearbox and is calibrated to produce 15.3 bhp and 14.6 nm of torque. Telescopic forks in the front and a fuel monoshock at the back support the motorcycle. The motorcycle has split-five-spoke alloy wheels with front and rear tyres measuring 80/100 and 110/80, respectively. The motorcycle has single-channel ABS and disc brakes on both ends for stopping power.
The Pulsar NS160 is available from Bajaj in the colours Metallic Pearl White, Burnt Red, and Pewter Grey. In India, the motorcycle's rivals include the Suzuki Gixxer, Yamaha FZS 3.0 FI, Honda XBlade, Honda CB Hornet 160R, and more.

Bajaj Pulsar NS 160 Expert Opinion
When Bajaj made the Pulsar 150 and Pulsar 180, they were two of the most well-known motorcycles in Indian history. At a time when commuter motorcycles were the norm, the 150 gave Indian bikers their first taste of performance at a price they could afford. For many years, young Indian bikers thought of the Pulsar as a cult bike. However, the bike was getting old, and now it almost feels like a commuter bike because the competition has caught up. Bajaj needed a successor to carry on its legacy, and after making fans wait for many years, the new Pulsar NS 160 is that successor. Since 150-160cc bikes are popular, especially among young people, because they have a good balance of style, performance, and price, Bajaj has made the Pulsar NS 160 to compete in this very profitable market. How well does the new Pulsar work? Let's find out.

Bajaj Pulsar NS 160 Bikes Ratingsreviews
4.5
Based on 45 reviews
It was inside my pricing range
The price range is the finest feature because it was inside my pricing range. The increased body covers on the gasoline tank gave it the most dashing appearance, and I appreciated that. Although I think the white colour is a little off-putting. Aside from that, both the engine performance and gear shifting are really smooth and easy. Four out of five stars, in my opinion.
MukeshI enjoy the bike overall.
It is powered by a 160.3cc single-cylinder engine with an oil-cooled and four valve head. Additionally, it produces a respectable 17.3 horsepower and 14.6 Nm of torque, so everything comes together to create a smooth engine experience. I enjoy the bike overall.
